We use the information we request about you to process orders
and to provide timely service. We do not sell, share, or rent
your personal information for marketing purposes. If in the
future, should we change this policy we will notify you via our

What if I don't like the product I ordered? Can I return
it?
Families with Purpose is committed to our customers'
satisfaction. We will accept the return of any item for refund
or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are
in original condition.
If your order is damaged in transit or arrives in unsatisfactory
condition, please notify us immediately and we will replace your
order or refund the entire amount of purchase.
We make every effort to ensure your order is processed properly.
If your order does not arrive as expected, please notify us and
we will make every effort to correct any mistake and ship you
the proper merchandise.

How much will shipping cost?
Families with Purpose ships all it's orders via the United
States Postal Service. For shipments within the
continental USA orders typically arrive within 3 - 7 days of
placement of the order. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska,
and APO addresses, orders typically take between 7 - 14 days.
For shipments to Canada via the Canadian Ground service,
deliveries typically take between 10 - 21 days. For
International Priority shipments, deliveries typically take 6 -
10 days.
Additional shipping time is required for orders paid with a
personal check or PayPal eCheck. Please see our
payment process section for
more details.

What forms of payment do you
accept?
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal as well
as personal checks and money orders.
All online payments are processed through our secure server within 24
hours or receipt of your order. If you prefer to pay by
check or money order, you can download our
online order form and
mail it in with your payment. Please note, orders paid
with a personal check will not be shipped until the check has
cleared our bank. Bank clearance typically takes between 5
- 7 days. |
