Materials

1 Lemon
Fine tip paint brush
Plain white paper

Directions

Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a small bowl

Using the paint brush, write your secret message on the plain white paper

Once it is completely dry, fold your secret message and put it in an addressed envelope with the instructions "bake this message at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes to read your secret message"

What's Going On?

The heat of the oven burns the lemon juice making it reappear on the paper.
