How to Use This Family Organizer

• Use the 12-month calendar grid for an overview of your children's schedules and to keep track of parent volunteer events or parent meetings.
   

• Fill out your children's class schedules in the School section.  There are also contact information pages for school officials, teachers, and classmates.  Keep reminders and time-sensitive forms in the divider folder.  Store all other school documents in the expandable pocket provided in the back.
   

• You'll have a lot of contact information for your children's extracurricular activities that you'll need handy.  Keep contact information for your children's coaches and instructors in the provided pages, and store permission forms, rosters, and fund-raiser information in the folders.
   

• Plan vacations or activities for your family in the Personal section.  You can also use this section for keeping notes regarding your children or making plans for them for the future.
   

• It's important to keep a comprehensive record of your children's health information nearby.  The Medical section provides pages for your children's medical contacts, a form for their medical history, and an immunization schedule so you can track your children's vaccinations.
   

• The last section is for keeping baby-sitter or child care contact information.  Any notes with special instructions, etc., can be stored in the folders.
