About the Permission Slip Note Pad

There is also plenty of room for special instructions and a contact phone number for you. Each note pad is 5 x 8 inches and contains 50 pages. To save time, fill a few of the permission slips out in advance with your child's name and your contact phone number.
Try and make the permission slip out the night before rather than in the morning. Mornings are crazy enough without having to worry about filling out the permission slip.
