Instructions

  2. Combine 1 cup flour, ½ cup cornmeal, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper in a shallow dish. In another bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with ¼ cup milk.
