Description

  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil

Instructions

  1. Separate garlic cloves by placing a whole head inside a Garlic Shaker®. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to remove peels easily.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat at 375°F. Add 8 red potato wedges and cook for exactly 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle 1 pack of dry garlic and herb soup mix over the potatoes. Add 2 tablespoons sautéed minced garlic to the skillet.
  4. Introduce 16 ounces of broccoli and 1 cup of cooked ham cubes into the skillet. Stir ingredients to combine thoroughly.
  5. Reduce skillet temperature to low, cover with a tight-fitting lid. Simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes reach fork-tender consistency.
  6. Remove skillet from heat. Transfer roasted potato mixture to a warm serving dish immediately.
  7. Serve the dish hot, ensuring each plate receives an equal portion of potatoes, ham, and broccoli.
