Description

Gooey deep fried s’mores deliver pure campfire magic right to your kitchen counter, melting chocolate and marshmallow into crispy golden perfection that will make your taste buds dance with joy.

Ingredients

Scale

Primary Ingredients:

  • 6 graham cracker sheets
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 6 small pieces of milk chocolate

Batter Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Finishing Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Sandwich chocolate and marshmallow between two half graham cracker sheets. Create 6 complete s’more packages.
  2. Whisk 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add 1 egg, ¾ cup milk, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract to dry ingredients. Blend until batter becomes completely smooth.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into deep fryer or large pot. Heat oil precisely to 350°F.
  5. Submerge each assembled s’more completely into prepared batter, ensuring total coverage.
  6. Gently slide battered s’mores into hot 350°F oil. Fry exactly 2-3 minutes until your s’mores turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer fried s’mores onto paper towels, allowing excess oil to drain away.
  8. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar over warm s’mores just before serving.

Notes

  • Check the chocolate and marshmallow are fresh for the best flavor and melting quality.
  • Let the s’mores rest for 1-2 minutes after frying so the chocolate and marshmallow can melt completely inside the crispy batter.
  • Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter and more even coating on your s’mores.
  • When frying, work in small batches to maintain consistent oil temperature and prevent overcrowding.
