- Sprinkle ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper into the mixture. Stir until sauce becomes creamy and slightly thickened.
- Cook the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove skillet from heat and transfer mushrooms to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley on top.
