- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Blend 4 tablespoons softened butter with 2 tablespoons roasted tomatoes, 1 tablespoon parsley, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon black pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil into a skillet and heat to medium-high temperature (375°F).
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon kosher salt and several black pepper turns over the shrimp, then carefully place them in the hot skillet. Cook 2 minutes on first side until golden.
- Flip shrimp and immediately add 1 pound clams and ¼ cup white wine. Drop 2 tablespoons prepared tomato butter into the skillet.
- Cover skillet and simmer for 6-8 minutes, watching until clams completely open their shells.
- Remove skillet from heat and drizzle remaining tomato butter across the seafood.
